Spinach Nores
Spinach Nores is a specially selected summer variety that grows slowly, preventing it from bolting in warm weather. Ideal for cultivation from April to July. The tender, dark green leaves have a mild flavor and are perfect for salads, hot dishes, or as young cuttings.
Why choose Spinach Nores? This spinach is not only delicious but also strong. Thanks to its resistance to common diseases, the harvest remains reliable and healthy. You can also choose young leaves (3-4 cm apart) or mature plants (25 cm apart) – depending on your preference.
Sowing
Sow the spinach seeds directly in the open ground between mid-April and the end of July, preferably in a sunny spot. Or sow them earlier under glass. Keep the soil moist to encourage good leaf development.
Harvesting
From May to September, depending on sowing time. Leaves from April sowings can be harvested 6-7 weeks later. Sowings from June can sometimes be harvested as early as 4 weeks after sowing.
Nores spinach is an absolute winner for summer vegetable gardens; it is reliable, flavorful, and versatile. A healthy choice from your own garden!
