Sowing: Sow the organic spinach seeds from January-February under glass and from mid-February to early April in the open ground. Early Giant Leaf requires a well-fertilized soil. From the beginning of August you can use Early Giant Leaf again. Harvest is possible after 4 to 6 weeks. Spinach is not very sensitive to frost, covering is not necessary.

TIP: Also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: February-October)!
