Sow the Amsterdam Reuzenblad spinach seeds from the beginning of February to the beginning of March. Sow under glass, broad and fairly dense. Or from the beginning of March to the end of April in the garden, broadly or in rows with a mutual space of 15-20 cm.
Harvest the spinach leaves when they are about 6 inches tall and still dark green.
