Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders with PostNL. Seeds and other small items are sent as letterbox mail and/or letterbox parcels as far as possible. Larger items will be sent as a package.
The stock status of each product is shown on the relevant product page. If a product is not in stock, the deviating delivery time will also be shown. In that case, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are back in stock.
We process and ship orders within 1-2 days, namely on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Ordered before 12 noon on one of those days, it will be shipped the same working day.

Packaging
We use bubble envelopes and letterbox boxes for letterbox shipments.
Fragile items are of course carefully packed in protective bubble wrap and cardboard boxes.
Track and Trace
After sending you will receive a status update by e-mail. With packages you will also receive a PostNL track and trace link later in the day. Unfortunately, no track and trace is possible for shipments that are sent as letterbox mail.

With the track and trace link you can track your package on the PostNL website and, depending on the country of delivery, also on the website of the local carrier. Use the PostNL parcel barcode on the relevant national carrier for this:

Inventory
The stock status of each product is shown on the relevant product page. If a product is not in stock, the deviating delivery time will also be shown. In that case, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are back in stock.
If, despite careful planning, the ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you and offer the following options:
- wait delivery until all items are in stock.
- proposal to ship with a replacement equivalent product.
- partial delivery of order and refund of undelivered items.
- cancel order and full refund.
In other words, you will never receive an unsolicited item that you have not ordered.
Shipping costs and countries
The shipping costs depend on the weight, volume and country of delivery. Initially, the shipping costs to the Netherlands are shown. As soon as you are logged in, the shipping costs to your delivery address (outside the Netherlands) will be shown.

PLEASE NOTE: seeds can only be shipped to countries within the European Union.
* Different rates apply to article numbers starting with 'RW' (such as forcing, foil and hobby greenhouses). These products are shipped directly from the importer.
VAT and customs/import duties
All prices shown are in euros and exclude shipping costs. Initially, the prices are shown with Dutch VAT. Once you have entered your delivery address, the VAT of the country of delivery will be applied.
- VAT within the European Union
All prices include VAT.
- B2B in the European Union
If your company is located outside the Netherlands but in the European Union, you can complete the order as an intra-Community delivery. Enter your VAT number at the billing and delivery address so that the 0% VAT rate can be applied. When processing the order we will check your details against the EC VIES website and send if everything is correct.
- 0% VAT outside the European Union
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, a VAT percentage of 0% applies. Because the prices shown are initially inclusive of Dutch VAT, you must first register with your delivery address before the prices are shown excluding VAT.
