Sow the organic spinach sorrel seeds directly in the open ground in June and July.

Harvest spinach sorrel

Harvest the organic spinach sorrel in the months of July and August. Trim/cut the spinach sorrel a few centimeters above the ground. The plant will then continue to grow.
