Sowing:
Sow the fennel seeds as a herb plant: April-June in the open ground in rows and thin out a little as a rule.
Or sow the seeds as a vegetable (leaf and tuber): from mid-June to mid-July at a minimum of 18-20ºC; then cover the tuber with soil.
Harvesting: Harvesting is possible from July to October, so that you can enjoy this delicious and nutritious vegetable for a long time.
