A fast growing leaf-cabbage, with a fresh mustard taste. The plant is full of calcium. Sow from beginning of May until beginning of September. For use as spinach or salad, thin out 5cm apart, 25cm between rows. A more mature crop is preferable for stir frying and should be thinned out 10cm apart with 25cm between rows.
