For culinary herbs and salads, harvest the young leaves when they are maximum 20cm. It can be harvested several times. Arugula is often used as a raw vegetable in salads, as a bread topping and garnish, and in soups and sauces.
Sowing time: Sow the Arugula seeds outdoors from mid-March to approximately the beginning of September. Sowing indoors in pots is possible from March to September.
