Pink winter Garlic Germidour

Looking to finish your dishes with a truly unique flavor? Winter garlic Germidour offers exactly that. This French gourmet garlic has a refined, full-bodied taste and an impressive appearance: white to pink cloves in bulbs with striking purple stripes.

Planting Instructions

Plant the cloves from September to October in a sunny, well-drained location. Place the cloves approximately 5 cm deep, with 10 cm spacing between the plants and 20 cm between rows. This gives them plenty of room to grow into full-sized bulbs.

Harvesting and Storage

Harvest the garlic around June or July, once the foliage starts to yellow and fall over. Pull the bulbs out of the ground with the foliage attached, clean them, and let them dry for about 4 weeks. Hang the bulbs in a well-ventilated, dry place. After drying, remove the foliage and roots, and store the garlic in a cool, dark place.
