When to sow celeriac?
Can be sown as early as April, but the germination period is long. Germination is considerably faster at higher soil temperatures. Keep a row distance of 20 cm and thin out in the row at 15 cm. Celery seed seeds germinate faster at higher soil temperatures

When can you harvest Celeriac?
Celery can be harvested from July to October. Because regrowth takes place continuously, you can cut from the same plants for months.
