Sowing time: Sow the celery seeds from February to March and in September under glass. May to July outdoors in the garden. Keep sowing well moist.

Flowering time: July to September of the second year after sowing.

Harvest time: March to October

Storage: Dry the young celery leaves, freeze them or store them in oil.
