How do you use Summer Savory?

The savory gives dishes a slightly spicy taste and requires little or no salt and pepper. Savory also aids in the digestion of heavy meals. The savory leaves can be used fresh or dried in various bean dishes, soups, meat dishes, stews and salads.

How do you grow Summer savory?

Sow the savory seeds in a sunny spot from mid-March to the end of May. Keep a distance of 30 cm between the lines. Thin out if necessary, so that the plants are at a mutual distance of 25 cm. Keep the soil moist.
