What types of parsley are there?
You can choose from two main types of parsley: curly parsley and flat-leaf parsley. Both are essential in the herb garden. Curly parsley has a mild taste and is often used as a garnish for soups and salads. Flat-leaf parsley, on the other hand, has a spicier, almost pepper-like taste and can withstand heating better.

Sowing
Sow the parsley seeds under glass from mid-February to mid-March, or in the open ground from mid-March to early August. Germination of the seeds in open ground takes a long time (about 4 weeks). Parsley prefers cool soil, sufficient moisture and a location with partial shade or light shade. Make sure the plants do not dry out.

Harvesting
Parsley can be harvested as soon as the plant is 15 cm high, which will be approximately after 8-10 weeks. Preferably leave some leaves on the plant, so that it can make new stems and leaves.
