How do I make clods with a soil block press?

Step-by-step plan for soil block press

Moisten the potting soil well so that the soil sticks enough and the root ball stays together:

Fill the press completely with potting compost.
Turn the potting press in a seed tray and press the stem with the spring down.
While holding down the spring, lift the yellow potting press upwards.
Place the different clods next to each other and put the seeds in the pre-formed holes.
The roots of the sprouts keep the clods together and can eventually be placed directly in the garden without damaging the roots.
