How to grow daikon cress
Microgreens can be sown indoors all year round. Sow a thin layer of seeds on a sprouting tray or moist cotton wool. Rinse the seeds gently and place the tray in a bright spot at room temperature (around 20–22°C). Keep the growing medium moist by adding or replacing water daily.
Rinsing
Rinse thoroughly two to three times per day to keep the sprouts fresh and clean. In warm weather, rinse more frequently. Proper rinsing is key to a healthy end result. Drain off excess water thoroughly.
Storage
After harvesting, sprouts can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for several days. Letting them grow a few extra days will result in more leafy development.
