glass culture dish
fine sowing grid
free bag seeds

Growing sprouts / sprouts with a grow kit

Sprinkle the sprout vegetable seeds in a thin layer on the sowing grid.
Carefully rinse the grid with seeds under the tap.
Fill the glass culture dish with water up to the bottom of the grid.
Place the culture dish with sowing grid in a room at room temperature (20-22 ° C).
Change the water every day.
Depending on the type of sprouts, the vegetable sprouts are ready for consumption after 5-14 days.
Harvest the sprouts by cutting them just below the leaves.
