How to grow Spicy Mix sprouts
Sprouting seeds can be grown indoors all year round. Spread a thin layer of seeds on a sprouting tray or on moist cotton wool. Rinse the seeds gently and place the sprouting set or bowl in a bright spot at room temperature (about 20–22°C). Keep the cotton or tray moist by adding or refreshing water daily.
Rinsing
Rinse the seeds two to three times a day to keep the sprouts fresh and clean. In warm weather, rinse more frequently. Always allow excess water to drain well to prevent mold formation.
Storage
After harvesting, the sprouts can be stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few days. Add them just before serving for extra color, flavor, and crunch.
