Sowing
The organic celeriac can be grown outdoors, under foil or in the greenhouse. Organic seeds can be sown from February to April as part of a pre-culture. From mid-May the plants can be placed in the sun or partial shade. As heavy eaters, they benefit from nutrient-rich soil fertilized with potassium. Celeriac likes a sunny or partially shaded location.
Harvesting
The tubers can be harvested in September, October and November.
