Mexican mintis (Tagetes lucida) also referred to as Anise marigold. Mexican Mintis very aromatic and is used as a spice in cooking. Tastes and smells of tarragon with a hint of anise. Dry and finely chop leaves, delicious with chicken, in salads, sauces and tea. Blooms in late summer with clusters of golden-yellow flower heads.
