How do you sow organic watercress?

Sow the watercress seeds outdoors in April-July in a moist seedbed. Prick out once and then plant out in a shady, moist place. Planting distance 20x20cm.

When can you harvest organic watercress?

watercress can be harvested a few weeks after sowing. The harvest months are April to August. You can harvest watercress several times because it continues to grow. Pick the watercress leaves as soon as possible before eating them, because then they are the tastiest.
