How to use organic sage?

Sage has been used for centuries, not only for its delicious taste in dishes, but also for its medicinal properties. Sage tea can help with difficult bowel movements, sore throat and inflammation of the mucous membranes (gargling and rinsing). In the past, the leaves were boiled in milk. This sage milk was considered medicinal and soothing.

Sage tastes good with meat dishes such as poultry, pork or lamb. Sage is mainly used in hot dishes. When the sage leaves are cut small, a lot of aroma is released.

How do you sow organic Sage?

Sow the Sage seeds from March-April in a seed tray or April-June directly in the open ground in a seedbed. Prick out once and then transplant.
