When and how do you sow Summer thyme?
Sow the organic summer thyme seeds indoors for March and April in pots or trays, and plant the summer thyme in the open ground or greenhouse in May. Keep a planting distance of 30x15 cm or 25x25 cm. Summer thyme is preferably planted in a sunny, dry spot in your garden, with little fertilizer. Summer thyme does not like wet feet.

When can you harvest Summer thyme?
The first harvest of Summer thyme will take place from the end of June. Earlier harvests will also be possible in subsequent years, depending on the location; the warmer and sunnier, the earlier you can harvest. Summer thyme blooms at the beginning of the second year. Harvest the summer thyme by cutting the stems a few cm above the ground or pot.
