Spinacio Matador is a spinach variety with large, intense green leaves. Matador is a very productive and suitable for winter and spring harvests.

Sow the organic Matador spinach seeds from February to April (summer cultivation) and from July to September (winter cultivation). The optimal temperature for growth is 15°C, with a minimum of 5°C.
