How do you grow arugula?
Sow the arugula seeds in the greenhouse from March to October or outdoors from April to September. With late sowing under glass (October), you can enjoy this crop for a very long period in the winter. The risk of frost damage is small. Sowing in small portions once every 3 to 4 weeks gives a good harvest. Cut off the young leaves just above the ground or pull them up root and all.
TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: April-September)!
