Sowing: Sow outdoors in open ground from April-September under glass in well-drained soil. Preferably in the sun or in a warm, semi-shaded place.
Harvest: in a greenhouse they can be harvested all year round, 2 months after sowing. After the leaves have grown, the arugula starts to shoot, then the leaves can still be harvested, just a bit stiff and bitter in taste. The roots survive a mild winter outside.
