Sowing
Sow the radish seeds from May to August in the open ground. Radish Riesenbutter likes humus-rich, medium-heavy soil that should not be fertilized with fresh manure. Cover the seed evenly with soil, press it down well and keep it moist. Water evenly and abundantly so that the radishes grow quickly and do not become hairy. Due to their fast growing time, they are often grown as a catch crop.
Harvesting
Radishes can be harvested from June to October.
