Organic Turnip Milanese White Red Head is a two-tone tuber that tastes very good raw. Can be sown in both spring and autumn. The tubers have a diameter of 6 to 8 cm.

Sow the turnip seeds in March/April at a row distance of 30 cm and thin out at 30x15 cm. Harvest the tubers after 6-8 weeks. Turnips also do well in the fall; sow in mid-August. Fertilization is not necessary. The tubers can be ensiled at the end of October and stored until winter.
