How do you sow turnips?

Sow the turnip seeds in March/April at a row distance of 30 cm and thin out at 10 to 15 cm. The harvest is in May-June. Turnips also do well in the fall; sow in mid-August. Fertilization is not necessary. The tubers can be ensiled at the end of October and stored until winter.
