Organic seeds from Garden Orache Light green produces fairly tall and light green leaves. This variety grows on any soil and is also suitable for baby leaf cultivation. Garden Orache is prepared in the same way as spinach. Garden Orache is sensitive to shot (in July). After shooting, the leaves are still edible.

How do you growGarden Orache?

Sow the Garden Orache seeds from March in rows 30 cm apart. In order to be able to harvest young leaves, sow more often in succession. When the Garden Orache continues to grow beyond just eating the leaves (stems become too fibrous).

TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: March-July)!
