Tomatoes need warmth to ripen properly and therefore prefer a sheltered place in the sun or in a greenhouse. You can also plant them outside after mid-May.

Sowing time: Sow the tomato seeds warm inside (warm sowing greenhouse) from mid February to mid May. Plant later in a frost-free greenhouse and continue growing on a rope. The side shoots must be removed and cut off the plant at the end of the cultivation.
