Growing method
Sowing: Sow the Carla Rot chili pepper seeds indoors from February to April. Use seed and cutting soil and keep the temperature between 25-28°C. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots. Let them grow in a light spot, such as a windowsill or in a greenhouse. The plants can be placed outside from May onwards, provided there is no more night frost.
Harvesting: The chillies are ready to harvest when they are fully red, usually between July and October. Pick regularly to encourage new growth. Use the chillies immediately, dry them for later use or process them into spicy spice mixes.
