Harvest kohlrabi Kolibri F1 when the bulb has a thickness of 8 to 13 cm. When harvested later, the bulb can become lignified, the structure of the bulb then becomes tough and fibrous. After removing the leaves, the kohlrabi can be kept in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
