How do you use Hyssop?
A few finely chopped fresh Hyssop leaves are delicious in salads, herb butter, soups and sauces. The hyssop herb has a slightly bitter minty flavor.
Hyssop is known for its disinfecting effect. For Hyssop tea you use the leaves and the young shoots. The herbal tea has soothing, expectorant and cough suppressing properties.
