How do you grow Turnip greens?

Sow the turnip greens from February in the cold greenhouse and from mid-March to August in the open ground. Too little fertilizer can produce yellow leaves. Yellow leaves can simply be eaten. Turnip greens are a typical spring vegetable. They shoot easily in summer, but not anymore in autumn.
Harvest the turnip greens after 6 weeks (10 to 15 cm height).

TIP: also suitable as a baby leaf (sowing period: March-August)!
