Dahlia Orange Pigmy is an orange low flowerbed dahlia of the Cactus type.
These flowerbed dahlias are quite low and have a very rich bloom. They are therefore not only suitable for bedding and border planting, but also extremely suitable for planting in pots for the patio and balcony.
Store the dahlia tubers in a frost-free but cool, dry and dark place until planting.

Dahlia tubers are sensitive to frost, so do not plant dahlia tubers until the chance of frost has passed.
Plant the dahlia tubers in a sunny spot about 5 centimetres deep with the tip upwards. Water the dahlias well after planting and keep the soil regularly moist. Give plenty of water, especially during the flowering period.
By planting dahlias closely together you create a beautiful field with flowers.
Dahlias are summer bloomers and bloom from July to October.
Remove the withered flowers regularly, so that new flower buds can always be formed. For extra large flowers remove the side buds.
