Sowing

Sow the Purple Queen standard green beans seeds directly in the open ground from mid-May to mid-July. Sow the beans in rows or rows that are 50 cm apart. Leave 10 cm of space between the beans in the row.

For early cultivation, sowing can be done under glass at the end of April. From mid-May, the germinated plants are then planted outside in the open ground.

Beans need sufficient heat and moderately moist soil. In wet and cold weather, the beans germinate poorly. Do not use fresh manure.
