Parijse Broei or Parisse Markt is a round summer carrot. However, the carrot variety can also be grown under glass in early spring and late autumn.

Sowing

Sow Parisian market carrot seeds from mid-March to early July. Later, thin out slightly at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Cover the newly emerged plants with insect gauze against attack by the carrot fly larva. Keep the soil moist during the growing period.
