Sowing
Sow the kale sprouts seeds from March to May or directly in the open ground from April. Later plant out the kale sprouts at a planting distance of 60x50cm.
Harvesting
The leaves can be harvested in the summer and used in all kinds of delicious dishes. From September it is also possible to harvest the decorative, tasty florets (Brussels sprouts).
