Sowing
Pre-sow the Galine eggplant seeds from February to April at a temperature between 20-25°C and then plant them outside in May at a planting distance of 60x40cm. The eggplants thrive best in a sunny spot and if you regularly provide them with water and fertilizer.
Harvest
During the harvest period from July to September, the eggplant is ripe when it yields under light pressure.
