Asparagus is a true delicacy. The cultivation of Early Argenteuil asparagus is as follows:

How should I grow asparagus

1st year: sow asparagus seeds from March - April in the open ground on a seed bed in rows, 20 cm spacing, in rows 10 cm. Cover with old natural fertilizer in the fall.

2nd year: after the winter, place the asparagus plants in a furrow about 35 cm from each other and cover with 10 cm of soil. The depth of the fur is 35 cm and 40 cm wide. Cover with manure before winter.

3rd year: as soon as the asparagus plants start to sprout, raise the asparagus bed to 35 cm high ridges. The first harvest is in May-June. The asparagus beds can be maintained for 8-10 years.
