How do you grow Mild Mixture sprouts?

  1. Spread the seeds over the grid of the growing container.
  2. Place the growing container in a bright place without direct sunlight.
  3. Rinse 2 to 3 times a day until harvest.
  4. You can store harvested sprouts in the refrigerator for several days.
  5. Sprouts must be rinsed again before consumption.
