Sowing
Sow the white cabbage seeds in April-May in the open ground on a seedbed and plant out after 5-6 weeks at a planting distance of 60x60cm. Make sure the soil remains sufficiently moist. Prevent too fast growth due to excessive fertilization. Be especially careful with too much nitrogen. The cabbage must be able to grow slowly.
Harvesting
The white cabbages can be harvested from the end of September to December. Store the cabbage in a frost-free environment so that it remains good until spring.
