Zucchino San Pasquale is a very early summer squash variety, uniform and productive spread over the season, not all at once. It produces regular, cylindrical shape zucchinis with a dark green colour with light green streaks and slight ridges. The white pulp has an excellent taste.

Zucchino San Pasquale is actually a dual-purpose variety that not only produces delicious zucchinis but also perfect squash flowers. It produces a lot of male flowers which are great for frying/stuffing and the female flowers allow for more enough zucchinis to pick. For harvesting only the flowers you need to cover the plants to prevent pollination and pick the blossoms every other day.
