Sowing:
Early cultivation: sow in Jan-Feb under glass. Plant out in the garden in mid-March-April. Planting distance 55 x 50 cm.
Late cultivation: sow in the garden at the end of May. Plant out in July. Water well in drier periods. Savoy cabbage suffers from aphids more often than other types of cabbage. Fight them when they threaten to become a pest.
Harvesting:
Early production in May-July
Late production in November to January.
