Sowing:
Sow the parsnip seeds in the garden in April-May. Light (sandy) soil is best. Certainly do not sow earlier, to prevent flowering as much as possible. Sow in rows or rows with a gap of 40 cm. Germination is very slow. After emergence in the row thin out so that there is a distance between them of 15 cm. Provide plenty of water, especially in drier periods.
Harvesting: in the period November-March.
