How do you use Lemon Balm?

The leaves are the most medicinal, but must be picked before flowering. You can make relaxing tea from fresh or dried lemon balm leaves. The tea can help with ailments such as insomnia, sadness and stress. Lemon balm is used in the kitchen as a seasoning for fish dishes, soups, sauces and omelettes.

How do you sow Lemon Balm?

Sow the organic Lemon Balm seeds indoors from March to April. Or sow the seeds directly in the open ground from April to June. Prick out once and then transplant. The planting distance is 35x35cm.

When can you harvest lemon balm?

Lemon balm can be harvested from April to September.
