Harvest kohlrabi Konan F1 when the bulb is 8-13 cm thick. When harvested later, the bulb can become lignified, the structure of the bulb then becomes tough and fibrous. After removing the leaves, the kohlrabi can be stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
