Sowing
The organic chicory seeds are real quality seeds and can be sown in June and July. Zuckerhut chicory likes humus-rich, nutrient-rich garden soil and a sunny to semi-shaded position.
Harvesting
In October and November the chicory is ready for harvesting. The leaves can be stored for a long time after harvest at 5°C.
