The slender pods of the Sunshine pole green bean grow up to 18 cm in length and contrast beautifully with the fresh green foliage. These can be picked up until October to keep production going at the same time.
Sunshine green beans can be grown under glass and outdoors and can reach a height of 180 cm. They do need support for this.
Greenhouse growing
Let the plants in the greenhouse climb up a rope and attach that rope to, for example, a horizontally stretched steel wire. Greenhouse cultivation generally gives a higher yield.
