How to grow sprouts with this SPERLI Microgreen Duo Box?

Rinse the microgreen duo box thoroughly once.
Then spread the loose seeds or place 1 or 2 germination pads on the growing grids.
Some sprouts only need to be moistened initially, others need to be soaked for a few hours (see growing instructions).
The seeds/pads are now watered or rinsed or sprinkled with a water sprayer several times a day (follow the growing instructions).
Place the grow kit in a bright place, for example in a garden room near a window, but not in direct sunlight.
When the sprouts have grown (depending on the variety, after 3 to 8 days), you should wash the harvested sprouts. You can then eat it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
Before using the grow kit again, you must clean it thoroughly.
